A Celebration of Spring and Local Culture!

The Browntown VA Redbud Festival is an annual event held in April at the Browntown Community Center. This year it will be held on April 20. The festival celebrates the arrival of spring and offers a variety of activities for all ages.

One of the main attractions of the festival is the Antique Car Show, which showcases a variety of classic cars. This year also sees the introduction of a stylish new tee-shirt: guaranteed to be popular!

Another popular event is the Duck Race, which takes place at 1:00 PM. Plastic ducks race down Gooney Creek, providing excitement for both children and adults.

The BEARR Group will also be selling 911 reflective address signs for $25 each, which includes a small donation to the Browntown Community Center Association. The signs can be installed on an existing post for free in the local area, or a new post can be provided at a small additional cost.

Food vendors will be available throughout the day, offering a variety of options for festival-goers. Live music will also be provided by various performers.

Overall, the Browntown VA Redbud Festival is a great opportunity to celebrate the arrival of spring with the local community. Don’t miss out on the chance to enjoy the festivities and support the Browntown Community Center Association.
